The Tumultuous Sky is built from the Torrid Sky hull (itself a modification of the Turbulent Sky). The Tumultuous Sky is an Electronics Destroyer. It replaces the usual bridge module of the Vivrathk ships with a huge sensor, communication and electronics warfare suite. The combination of the three combined allows it to jam even large starships. It has an independent, regular comm array to maintain communications even when the main array is being used to direct the ECM systems.
